Role overview


The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial discovery through to closing deals.


You’ll work closely with the business development and marketing teams to convert qualified leads into new customers, while building strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning deals, understanding customer needs, and delivering commercial results.


You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while helping shape the company’s sales strategy in a fast-paced environment.


Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing deals
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations for prospective clients
  • Understand customer challenges and position the product as a solution
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to convert leads
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities
  • Track performance against revenue targets and sales metrics
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs


What we’re looking for

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account executive, or similar commercial roles
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience delivering product demos or presentations to clients
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
