Account Manager \n\nTotal Facilities Management (TFM) \nLocation: North of the UK (travel required)\n Sector: Facilities Management\nSalary: £45k plus car allowance\n Type: Full-time, Permanent\n\n The Company \nWe are a leading Total Facilities Management (TFM) provider delivering integrated hard and soft FM solutions across the UK. With a strong reputation for operational excellence, compliance, and client partnership, we support multi-site portfolios across commercial, industrial, and public-sector environments throughout the whole of the UK.\n\n The Role \nWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of key contracts across the North. This is a senior, client-facing role with operational oversight of multi-site FM delivery.\nWe are looking for a driven Account Manager to build and develop strong client relationships within our Facilities Management portfolio, with a clear focus on account growth and long-term value.

You will act as the main point of contact for key clients, identifying opportunities to expand services, improve delivery, and increase revenue while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Working closely with operational teams, you will nurture partnerships, influence stakeholders, and proactively drive retention, upselling, and strategic growth across your accounts.\n\n Key Responsibilities \nFull ownership and accountability for assigned FM accounts across the Northern region \nEnsure 100% statutory and regulatory compliance across all hard and soft FM services \nOversee delivery of planned and reactive maintenance in line with SLA/KPI targets \nManage audits, compliance documentation, and certification processes \nLead and develop on-site and mobile FM teams \nMaintain strong client relationships at senior stakeholder level \nManage budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance \nDrive continuous improvement, risk management, and operational efficiencies \nEnsure adherence to H&S legislation and company policies Essential Experience & Skills \nProven experience as an Account Manager within the Facilities Management sector (TFM preferred) \nStrong background in compliance management within FM (statutory compliance, audit processes, asset registers, PPM compliance, certification control, etc.) \nThorough understanding of hard services compliance requirements \nExperience managing multi-site contracts across a regional portfolio \nStrong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility \nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills \nNEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification (desirable) \nWillingness to travel extensively across the North What We’re Looking For \nA compliance-driven FM professional \nDetail-oriented, process-led, and highly organised \nStrong leadership capability with the ability to influence at all levels \nProactive, resilient, and solutions-focused \nCommercially astute with a client-first mindset What We Offer \nCompetitive salary + car allowance/company vehicle \nPerformance-related bonus \nPension scheme \nProfessional development opportunities \nThe opportunity to manage high-profile contracts within a growing TFM business  \n  #eng1
