About the role\nThe Pricing Team is an office based support team providing day to day support to the Bidfood team of National Account Managers, Depot Sales Teams, Commercial Finance & their customers. As a Contracts & Pricing Administrator and a key member of the Pricing team, you will be responsible for ensuring internal and external deadlines are met across all areas within Bidfood.\nIn this role you will be responsible for;\nWorking closely with the National/Depot Sales teams and Commercial Finance providing them with administrative/pricing support.\nFollowing our daily processes with contract pricing. maintenance, and validations.\nInputting/amending customer trading terms\nInputting data in the system to maintain reporting data\nLoading both cost and list pricing into the system\nBeing involved in periodic audits on customer master data and pricing to ensure data integrity and maintenance.\nYou will process requests for information or action within the required deadlines\nYou will ensure that you work to set KPI’s and you will be involved in projects as requested by your Line ManagerRequirements for the role;\n\nIntermediate level Microsoft Excel and Word skills\nExcellent communication skills\n\nGreat attention to detail\nProven ability to generate, read and understand statistical reports\nStrong organisational and prioritising skills\nSelf-motivated and can work on own initiative, but also work well within a team\nGood telephone and email manner\n\nAbout the Company\nOur journey began back in 1929.
