We're supporting a corporate Leeds-based organisation in the search for an HR Manager to join their team during an exciting period of growth and development.\n\nThis is a true generalist HR role, offering the opportunity to take ownership across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations and operational HR delivery.\n\nClient Details\n\nOur client is a well-established organisation with a strong reputation for professionalism, governance, and high standards.\n\nOperating within a regulated and structured environment, they are committed to delivering a high-quality HR service that supports both employees and wider business objectives.\n\nYou'll be joining a collaborative and supportive HR function, at a time where there is a real focus on strengthening processes, developing managers, and embedding best practice across the business.\n\nDescription\n\nReporting into the Head of HR, you will deliver a proactive, commercially focused HR service across the organisation.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nLeading on all aspects of employee relations, managing a wide range of cases with confidence and credibility\nActing as a trusted advisor to managers, building capability and driving best practice\nManaging the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding \nOverseeing HR operations, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and continuously improving\nMaintaining and developing HR policies in line with legislation and business needs\nSupporting payroll processes, HR systems, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and robust governance \nContributing to wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiativesThis is a hands-on role where you will be expected to operate with autonomy and pace, delivering both day-to-day operational HR and supporting broader people initiatives.\n\nProfile\n\nWe are keen to speak with credible, resilient, and commercially aware HR professionals who can quickly build trust and add value.\n\nYour experience will include:\n\nProven background in a generalist HR Manager role\nSignificant employee relations experience - this is a core focus of the role\nWorking within commercial, financial services, or regulated environments (highly desirable)\nConfidence managing complex ER cases end-to-end, with a pragmatic and solution-focused approach\nCoaching and influencing managers across a range of people matters\nA strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice \nOperating within structured, process-driven organisations\nExposure to HR systems and continuous improvement initiatives\nStrong knowledge of Cascade HR system (highly desirable)You'll be someone who is:\n\nA hands-on operator who enjoys being close to the detail and can work in fast paced environments.\nConfident, approachable, and able to build relationships at all levels\nResilient and capable of managing competing priorities\nProactive, organised, and solutions-driven\n\nJob Offer\n\nCompetitive salary of £58,000 - £60,000 ement with three days onsite.\nOpportunities to contribute to a collaborative and professional workplace culture.\nHybrid working - 3 days onsite in Leeds (free parking)\nPotential for further development and growth within the company
