Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation focused on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. They are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support production and drive equipment performance.

The Role

You’ll provide hands-on maintenance support across automated and manual equipment, ensuring reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Fast breakdown response and fault finding
• Improve equipment reliability and KPIs (MTBF / MTTR)
• Support CI and downtime reduction projects
• Maintain ISO-compliant records and systems
• Support and develop technicians
• Analyse performance data and drive improvements

The Candidate

• Experience in manufacturing maintenance engineering
• Strong mechanical & electrical fault-finding skills
• Experience with breakdowns and PPM systems
• Knowledge of KPIs and continuous improvement
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
