Our client a South East London Construction Main Contractor currently seek an experienced Multi Trader to carry out maintenance after care in the South West London areas of Acton, Vauxhall, and Battersea.\n\nThe work itself is fixing issues that have arose in tenants properties in recently built developments\n\nIt is essential that you have a Van/Vehicle, hold a CSCS cardl, and can provide recent work references for similar work undertook\n\nDuties will include:\n\n * Decorating\n\n * Making good to defected areas\n\n * Sticking Doors\n\n * Tape and Jointing Cracks\n\n * Replacing Locks\n\n * All other associated tasks as instructed\n\nThis is an immediate start commencing after the bank holiday and will be circa 6 months work at least\n\nFor more information or to register your interest please contact Simon Brady at Blu Tech Consulting
