Job Description
Reporting to: Founder & Head of Finance
As a Paid Social Specialist, you will play a key role in managing, optimising, and scaling performance-focused eCommerce campaigns across Meta and TikTok to support the brands growth objectives. This role requires a candidate with strong technical expertise and commercial awareness, capable of taking full ownership of accounts within a highly competitive market. You will be responsible for driving measurable improvements in efficiency and revenue through strategic media buying, structured testing, and continuous optimisation.
You will lead the planning and execution of full-funnel strategies aligned with eCommerce objectives, including new customer acquisition and revenue growth. This includes auditing and refining account structures to ensure alignment with platform best practices, managing day-to-day operations such as audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation, and implementing structured testing frameworks to support continuous performance improvement.
A deep understanding of conversion-led activity is essential, as you will be responsible for improving key commercial metrics including ROAS, CPA, and
revenue.
Collaboration will be a core part of the role, as you will work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets tailored to each specific platform.
You will be expected to remain at the forefront of platform developments, algorithm updates, and emerging formats, ensuring brands campaigns remain competitive. You will also identify and implement growth opportunities, including retargeting strategies, audience expansion, and market
prioritisation, while ensuring all campaigns are aligned with brand standards and performance ethos.
The role involves a heavy focus on data-driven analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing and attribution analysis, and translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You will produce regular, data-led reports and presentations to inform internal stakeholders of performance, learnings, and next steps. These insights will be used to evaluate campaign success, inform future strategy, and identify further opportunities for optimisation.
Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activity will be essential to maintain a competitive edge. You will monitor industry best practices and contribute innovative ideas to strengthen brand visibility and drive long-term advocacy. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong technical organisation, and a genuine passion for performance-driven sportswear, data, and digital culture.
