Painter & Decorator – Garden Rooms, Extensions & Educational Projects\n\nLocation: Merseyside\n\nJob Type: Temp to Perm\n\nHours: Mon-Fri, 40 Hours\n\nOur client is a specialist construction company delivering high-quality bespoke garden rooms, extensions, annexes, commercial buildings and educational facilities across the North West who are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join their team. \n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be responsible for carrying out high-quality internal and external painting and decorating works across a range of projects including:\n\nSchools and educational facilities\n\t\nBespoke garden rooms and outdoor buildings\n\t\nResidential extensions\n\t\nCommercial and domestic refurbishment projects\n\nEssential Requirements\n\n✔ NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Painting & Decorating\n\n✔ Valid CSCS Card\n\n✔ Full UK Driving Licence and own transport\n\n✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n\n✔ Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship\n\n✔ Reliable, punctual and professional attitude\n\nDesirable\n\n✔ Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)\n\n✔ Experience working within schools and occupied environments\n\n✔ Experience on construction and fit-out projects\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSurface preparation and finishing\n\t\nInternal and external painting works\n\t\nDecorating new-build garden rooms and extensions\n\t\nMaintaining a clean and safe working environment\n\t\nWorking to programme deadlines while maintaining quality standards\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nOngoing work across a variety of exciting projects\n\t\nCompetitive rates of pay\n\t\nOpportunity to work with a respected company\n\t\nTemp to Perm Opportunity for the right candidate\n\nApply Now\n\nIf you're a skilled Painter & Decorator looking to join a company that values quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you
