Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking to make a real difference in the classroom?Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting talented teachers to work across primary schools in Spalding and the surrounding area, including within our valued partnership with the Our Lady of Lourdes Multi-Academy Trust (MAT).

About the Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that support the development of all pupils. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive learning environment, with opportunities to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
  • Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback
  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and senior leaders
  • Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are:

  • Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS or equivalent)
  • Passionate about delivering engaging and inclusive education
  • Confident in supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs
  • Flexible and adaptable to different school settings
  • Strong communicators with excellent classroom management skills
