This is fantastic chance to join an organisation who invest year on year within their R&D function.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Lead the development of new coating products from research and formulation through to launch.\n• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify market needs, technical challenges, and emerging industry trends.\n• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for existing products and manufacturing processes.\n• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure products are scalable, manufacturable, and delivered efficiently.\n• Support commercial and sales teams with technical product knowledge and customer-facing expertise.\n• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
