Project Manager\n\n📍 Northern Region | Field-Based\n🏢 Pareto FM\n🕒 Full-Time\n\nPareto FM is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Project Manager to join the Northern Team, reporting directly to the Head of Projects.\n\nThis role will lead and support the delivery of a wide range of projects across operational sites, with a particular focus on facilities, construction, fit outs, engineering, and infrastructure improvements.\n\nOperating within a fast-paced 24/7 environment consisting of office and manufacturing spaces, this role requires strong project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills to successfully deliver projects around live operational activity. While primarily Monday to Friday, occasional evening or weekend working may be required to support project delivery, contractor activities, or operational requirements.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on time, and within budget.\n\nWorking closely with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and operational teams, you will develop project objectives, scopes and delivery strategies, coordinate project resources, manage budgets and forecasts, oversee risk management, and ensure all projects comply with relevant health & safety legislation and CDM regulations. You will also be responsible for managing statutory approvals, permits and compliance documentation while ensuring minimal disruption to live business operations.\n\nProjects may include fit outs, office relocations, infrastructure upgrades, engineering works and wider facilities improvements.

You'll also support continuous improvement initiatives across the wider projects function and provide leadership and support to project colleagues when required.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nEssential\n\n * Extensive project management experience with Prince2 qualification (or equivalent)\n\n * Proven experience within Facilities Management, Construction, or Building Services sectors\n\n * Experience delivering fit outs, relocations, infrastructure, or engineering projects\n\n * Strong understanding of budgeting, governance, and cost control\n\n * Knowledge of CDM Regulations and health & safety compliance\n\n * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills\n\n * Proficient with Microsoft Office\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\nDesirable\n\n * Experience using AutoCAD, BricsCAD, or SketchUp\n\n * Understanding of BIM / ISO19650\n\n * Experience working to ISO standards including ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO27001\n\n * IOSH or NEBOSH qualification\n\n * Professional membership such as MRICS or APM\n\nAbout You\n\nYou are highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously within fast-paced operational environments.
