We are currently seeking a:

Reconditioning Plant Supervisor

Package from £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience & qualification) + additional Benefits

This is a key role within our production management team. Working office hours, the successful applicant will oversee our state-of-the-art reconditioning facility, ensuring optimum efficiencies and in compliance with all statutory legal requirments, and our internal quality and safety standards.

Key Tasks:

\n
• Manage and control the Reconditioning plant
\n
• Ensure manpower is effectively utilised, to meet demand
\n
• Support good team relationships through motivation and effective communications
\n
• Monitor team and individual performance and identify training needs
\n
• Maintain and evidence documentation and practices
\n

Skills/Experience;

Essential:

\n
• Previous supervisory experience
\n
• Motivation and leadership
\n
• Organisation and prioritising
\n
• Proficient level of IT competence
\n

Desired:

\n
• Managerial or engineering qualification
\n
• WAMITAB qualification, or willingness to qualify
\n
• SAP experience would be advantageous
\n
• Health & Safety qualification, e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH.
\n
