Blue Arrow is seeking a Registered Manager - Salary: £50,000 per annum + Competitive Bonus Structure\n\nSetting: Brand new, two-bed therapeutic children's residential home (EBD / Sibling Placements)\n\nNewly established residential home in the Sefton Area, purpose-built to provide a calm, stable, and nurturing environment for children. Operating within the Liverpool City Council framework, our core mission is to support local placement needs with a focus on keeping siblings together through a dedicated, therapeutic care model.\n\nWe are now seeking an inspiring, experienced Registered Manager to take the reins, navigate the Ofsted registration process, and lead this new home and team toward 'Good' and 'Outstanding' outcomes.\n\n​ Requirements\n\n​To ensure strong leadership from day one, the successful candidate must possess:\n\nOfsted Credentials: Proven experience having successfully passed an Ofsted Fit Person's Interview and managed at least one full Ofsted inspection under their name.\n\nQualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or be nearing imminent completion.\n\nSector Experience: A strong background within EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) or similar acute provisions, with deep regulatory knowledge and exemplary safeguarding leadership.\n\nVision: The confidence to launch a new provisions framework, mentor a fresh staff team, and champion high standards of care.\n\nIf you think this role is for you, please reach out to us at the office (phone number removed) .\n\nBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people
