You will help create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment that promotes independence, wellbeing, and personal development.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Provide day-to-day emotional and practical support to young people\n * Promote independence, confidence, and life skills\n * Support young people with daily routines, appointments, education, and activities\n * Maintain accurate records and reports\n * Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals\n * Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and care policies at all times\n * Respond calmly and effectively to challenging situations when required\nRequirements:\n * Must have the Right to Work in the UK with no working hour restrictions\n * Minimum 6 months’ UK experience working within residential support settings\n * A caring, patient, and supportive attitude\n * Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n * Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins\n * Ideally a driver with a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle\n * Enhanced DBS on update service (can be applied for during registration if required)\nPay Rate:\n£13.25 – £19.50 per hour (depending on client, shift, and location)
