You’ll be responsible for developing long-term client partnerships, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions, and consistently achieving strong billing performance.\n\nThis role is suited to an experienced consultant who is confident managing key accounts, generating revenue, and operating with a high level of autonomy.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Driving new business through strategic sales activity and market mapping\n\n * Managing and developing key client accounts\n\n * Delivering the full 360 recruitment cycle at a high standard\n\n * Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships\n\n * Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets\n\n * Negotiating terms, fees, and complex offers\n\n * Managing and developing candidate pipelines effectively\n\n * Acting as a trusted advisor within your specialist market\n\n * Supporting and mentoring junior consultants where appropriate\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant\n\n * Strong billing history and consistent performance\n\n * Commercially driven with a strategic mindset\n\n * Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills\n\n * Confident negotiator with strong influencing ability\n\n * Highly organised with strong attention to detail\n\n * A proactive, ambitious and self-motivated individual\n\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience)\n\n * Excellent commission structure\n\n * 25 days holiday + Bank holidays\n\n * Annual leave on Birthday\n\n * Transparent and supportive leadership\n\n * High-performing, collaborative culture\n\n * Exciting team/individual rewards & incentives\n\n * Ongoing support, training and development\n\n * Progression pathways
