You will be responsible for organising labour and ensuring all sub-contractors are following plans as to the programme and meeting deadlines as required.

So you will ideally have proven experience delivering some new builds schools, universities or collage extensions of a value around £7 million. \n\nThe successful Site Manager will have proven experience delivered steel frame projects.
