Sponsorship Sales Manager


Location: Central London, Hybrid

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (£100k - £120k OTE, uncapped)


We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing events business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sponsorship sales manager to lead revenue growth through strategic partnerships and commercial sponsorship agreements on one annual large-scale event which has achieved double-digit growth across the last four years.


The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of high-profile projects and events.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and contract completion
  • Create tailored sponsorship proposals and partnership packages
  • Collaborate with marketing, events, and leadership teams to maximise commercial opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting through CRM systems
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings


Requirements:


  • Proven track record in sponsorship sales, ideally in a B2B setting
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Commercially driven with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and proactive approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
