The schools we work with are looking for committed, caring individuals who want to be part of a team and make a lasting impact on the pupils they support.\n\nRoles are available across a range of settings, including mainstream primary SEND specialist provisions, and alternative education environments. Whether your background is in general classroom support, one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs, or working with particular year groups, we will work hard to find the right fit for you.\n\nWho We Are Looking For\n\nYou do not need to have years of experience to register with us.

What matters most is a genuine passion for supporting young people, a positive and adaptable attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile for the pupils and schools you work with.\n\nWe welcome applications from candidates with experience in SEN support, behaviour support, early years, literacy and numeracy intervention, and general classroom assistance.
