Transport Supervisor\n\n Hull\n\n £32,000 - £42,000 DOE\n\n Permanent | Full-Time\n\nWe are looking to appoint a Transport Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy Hull transport operation.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transport Planner, Senior Planner or Transport Supervisor looking to join a growing business where they can make a genuine impact and further develop their career.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupporting the daily transport operation and ensuring service levels are maintained\nCoordinating vehicle and driver activity\nLiaising with drivers, customers and internal departments\nMonitoring operational performance and resolving issues as they arise\nSupporting compliance across driver hours, WTD and transport legislation\nAssisting with planning, resource allocation and operational efficiency\nEnsuring transport documentation and records are maintained accurately\nSupporting continuous improvement across the transport function\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nPrevious experience within transport planning, transport operations or transport supervision\nStrong communication and organisational skills\nGood understanding of transport compliance and driver management\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment\nExperience using transport planning systems and Microsoft Office\nTransport Manager CPC qualification desirable, although applications are welcomed from candidates without CPC who can demonstrate strong transport operational experience\nWhat's on Offer\n\nSalary of £32,000 - £42,000 DOE\nPermanent full-time position\nOpportunity to join a growing transport business\nCareer development and progression opportunities\nSupportive and collaborative working environment\nFor a confidential discussion or to apply, please contact: (url removed)\n\nOur clients and their customers come from diverse backgrounds and so do we.
